How does the O2Boost work to boost my WiFi Signal?
The O2Boost USB Wifi Antenna combines a sensitive WiFi receiver card with a directional antenna. This combination gives your better range and more senstivity to pick up more Wifi Hotspots/Access Points from farther away than any integrated wireless card. The directional antenna means that when you point the antenna where the WiFi signal is being broadcast from, all your receiver sensitivity is being directed toward the signal rather than all over as with an omni-directional antenna.
